Life Near the Ocean

I love that we live minutes away from the Pacific Ocean. We haven't been down to our lagoon in so long - we tend to stay away during the colder winter months - but we headed down there a few days ago. It was a bit cool that day and very windy, but Jaymi didn't care.
She loved watching all of the birds, especially the swans.

I couldn't believe it when not 1, not 2, but 3 different swans let her pet them! I've never seen that before!

And she went there, prepared to have lots of fun puddle-jumping. Something every kid should be allowed to, I think.
