Coffee/tea drinks and a free e-book of coffee recipes!

Here is a great link I would like to share with all of my coffee-drinking friends.
(And the tea-drinking ones as well.) ;)
It contains a pdf file (Adobe Acrobat Reader) of a fantastic recipe e-book you can print out, with tons of coffee and tea drink recipes.

Here are some examples that look good:

Caramel Apple Cider
a couple of of squirts of cinnamon syrup
premium apple juice
whipped cream
caramel syrup drizzled on top

Pumpkin Pie Latte
4 heaping tbsps canned pumpkin
3 tbsp vanilla syrup
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup
2 cups milk
3 to 4 shots espresso
(serves 2)
In small saucepan, stir pumpkin puree into milk. Add vanilla syrup and pumpkin pie spice. Heat gently, continuing to stir just until steaming and foam begins to appear. Pour pumpkin flavoured milk into tall glass and pour espresso over. Top with whip cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice. If you like it sweeter, add a bit of vanilla flavoured coffee cream.

Gingerbread Latte
4 cups milk
6 tbsps gingerbread syrup (recipe follows)
4 shots of espresso (or strong coffee)
pinch of crushed gingerbread cookie
cinnamon to taste
Measure 1 1/2 tbsps gingerbread syrup into each of 4 mugs. Pull a shot of espresso and pour in serving mug. Fill mug with steamed milk. Top with 1/4 inch foam. Garnish with a sprinkle crushed gingerbread cookie, or a light dusting of cinnamon sugar.
To make Gingerbread Syrup -
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
4 whole allspice berries
3 sticks cinnamon
1 piece crystallized ginger
1 tbsp powdered cinnamon
Place sugar and water over low heat in medium saucepan. Once sugar is almost dissolved, add allspice berries, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and powdered cinnamon. Let steep about 10 minutes. Strain syrup and keep refrigerated.

Chai Tea:
3 cups water
3 cups milk
6-8 black or decaf black tea bags
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Bring water and milk to a boil. Add other ingredients, return to boil. Turn off heat and let steep 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags then filter through fine strainer. Good hot or cold.

There are also recipes in this e-book, for scones, hot chocolate, frappuccinos, biscotti, cookies & bars, cupcakes & muffins, cranberry bliss bars, and lots of 'spiked' coffee recipes. ;)
